Hello, and welcome to the basic rules and disclaimers of my February 2025 Customer appreciation giveaway. 

The Prizes:
1. Sony Playstation 5 or take a $350 Gift Card.

Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to all past clients who have updated information on file with Isa Duzgeren or have been in touch over the past 5 years. You have to have received a letter in the mail and have had your last real estate transaction with Isa Duzgeren and team. All transactions must be closed or firm by February 20, 2025. If there are more than one person on a transaction, the group will be considered 1 transaction and the group will be eligible for only one chance to win unless they have left a review on google in which they are entitled to 2 chances.

How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway you have to have closed a real estate transaction with Isa Duzgeren and provided your current address to Isa Duzgeren. Entry into the giveaway is done through past transactions and client address history being up to date with Isa Duzgeren. To have an additional chance to win you have to have left a review on google.  Maximum 2 entries per client based on a transaction and then a google review. If you are not sure you are eligible or have been entered, you can call Isa, or call his brokerage at 905-607-2000 and ask them to page Isa Duzgeren.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries on February 28th 2025 and will be notified via instagram post and phone call. The winner will have 2 weeks to respond and to claim the prize. Please note that the date of the draw is subject to change without prior notice. We recommend staying updated for any potential adjustments by following @isaduzhomes or by contacting Isa directly.
